The Job
-Providing comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, employee onboarding/offboarding, employee engagement, HRIS and performance management
-Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
-Coordinating employee benefits, training, and development programmes
-Handling payroll processing inclusive of the timely submission of all statutory reports and payments
-Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures to promote a positive and productive work environment
-Collaborating with regional and international HR teams to support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives
-Handling administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies and supporting office operations e.g. facilities maintenance and security


The Person
-Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, experience in general office administration will be a plus though not essential
-Exposure or experience in HRIS implementation and administration will be a definite advantage
-Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
-Proficient in MS Office applications, with the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently
-Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality is a must
-Problem-solving skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
-A proactive, detail-oriented, and organised approach to work
