Responsibilities
-Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
-Formulate and implement effective recruitment strategies. Identify and explore new sourcing channels, including job portals, recruitment agencies, and networking opportunities.
-Maintain and regularly update accurate employee records and personal data in compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
-Oversee smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation, orientation, and clearance procedures are properly handled.
-Review and develop HR policies in accordance with statutory requirements and company regulations.
-Administer monthly payroll processing and manage employee benefits such as leave, medical entitlements, insurance, and work pass matters.
-Coordinate and monitor employee training programs and development plans to support skill enhancement and career progression.
-Assist in preparation and documentation required for halal certification audits, working closely with relevant departments
-Provide support for ad-hoc HR tasks and initiatives as required by the management.
