Responsibilities:
-Assist in HR tasks (opportunity to exposed into full scope of HR Spectrum)
-Maintaining employee's data in the HR system
-Provide assistance in end-to-end recruitment activities
-Assist to manage employees onboarding & offboarding
-Arrange quarterly orientation sessions
-To provide support in Training & Development related activities (training arrangements, HRDC grant submission and follow ups, data maintenance including attendance, evaluation forms & certificates).
-Assist the Team in preparing and updating monthly reports/ any ad-hoc dashboard and projects.
-To ensure the upkeeping and track of documents, including employee records related to training, medical leave, and other employee data.
-To review and update Department plans and policies including but not limited to Handbook, Recruitment, Training & Education Assistant Plan.
-Coordination of Performance & Talent Calibration sessions for BMS & Service Providers.
-Preparation and submission for LHDN stamping for all contracts.
-Work task will consist of 70% of daily operational works and 30% of project works

Requirements:
-Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in human resource management or equivalent
-Minimum 1 HR internship/placement experience
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
-Proficient in MS Office Applications
-Good presentation skills
-Fluent in English & Malay, both speaking & writing
-Solid communication skills
-Good knowledge of labor legislation
-Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya
