Job Responsibility:
-You shall responsible to open customer membership account by recording customer data and information.
-You shall maintain customer membership account by updating member’s data.
-You shall resolve products or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution.
-You shall responsible and participates for all marketing activities, such as wedding fair, exhibition and company event.
-You shall coordinate and responsible to follow up on daily operations, include but no limit to data entry, preparation of routine report, filing, Facebook, website and etc
-You shall perform any ad hoc and other duties relating to the above as may be assigned by your superior from time to time

Minimum qualification requirements for this position:
-Fresh Graduate / Diploma qualification or equivalent

-Mandarin-speaking candidates required
-Our business involves pork and seafood retail sales. Candidates should be comfortable working in this environment.
