Responsibilities
-Assist with day-to-day operation for the HR & Administration function and duties.
-Assist in payroll preparation by checking, compile and update of employee record and attendance.
-Liaise with shipping agent and prepare documents.
-Liaise with government authorities such as immigration and Labor Office.
-Assist in fill in price for customer's M&R
-Assist in distribute correspondence such as memos, letters and forms.
-Responsible to order and record office stationery.
-Responsible to office machines such as photocopiers and computers.
-Coordinate and manage the Director's schedule

Qualifications
-Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management Business Administration or related field.
-At least 2 years working experience in related field.
-Have excellent written and verbal in English, Mandarin and Bahasa communication skills (Extra language – Cantonese is a plus).
-Possess good skills in communication.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e Excel, Word, Power Point
-Possess positive work attitude, result driven, independent, must be well organized & self-motivated and a good team player.
