Job Responsibilities
-Handle full-spectrum HR functions including recruitment, payroll & benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
-Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job advertising, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
-Prepare and process payroll and ensure timely submission of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other statutory payments.
-Maintain accurate HR records, personnel files, and HR systems.
-Administer leave, attendance, and time management systems.
-Support performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee relations matters.
-Coordinate training programs and maintain training documentation.
-Prepare HR letters, reports, and management updates.
-Ensure compliance with Malaysia Employment Act and company HR policies.
-Liaise with government bodies, auditors, and external vendors.
-Assist in HR projects, process improvements, and ad-hoc assignments.

Job Requirements
-Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
-Minimum 4 years of hands-on HR working experience.
-Strong knowledge of Malaysia labour laws and statutory requirements.
-Proven experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
-Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
-High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
-Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
-Experience in a Retail environment is an added advantage.
-Available to join within a short period.
