Responsibilities
1.Support payroll preparation with checking staff attendance, calculate OT allowance, checking for Unpaid Leave and processing staff claims.
2.Maintain employee records and updated with accurate and current information.
3.Handled employees’ enquire and issues in relation to HR policies and knowledge
4.Maintained human resource administration records on a regular basis, including applications, new joiners, resignees, headcount, employee personnel data, annual performance appraisal, attendance and leaves records, insurance, medical, and all other
5.HR-related documents. Ensured HR records are kept updated regularly.

Requirements
1.Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
2.Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Business Management or equivalent.
3.Strong Knowledge of Malaysia Labor/ employment laws.
4.Good communication and writing skills.
5.Result-oriented and goal-driven.
6.Has excellent organisational and time management skills.
7.Must be able to work independently.
8.Fluency in English and Mandarin is a MUST as we have to work closely with the Mandarin-speaking counterpart.
