job description:
-Interact with customers via online chat tools, email, social media platforms, and telephone to provide immediate support and assist customers in resolving issues.
-Drive lost users back to the platform and re-engage them.
-Maintain and improve user activity on the platform.

【Job Requirements】
-Strong social and communication skills (as a working professional, your social skills are a given).
-Proficient in basic office software skills, proactive and responsible (there will be spreadsheets to update daily, so some Excel knowledge is required).

【Working Hours & Days Off】
-12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
-Monday to Friday
-The office is conveniently located with direct access to the subway station (just a few minutes' walk from the station).
-The office is located in Q Sentral (next to Nu Sentral).
