Requirements
-Education: Minimum Secondary School Certificate or equivalent
-Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory (training provided)
-Languages: Basic English & Mandarin proficiency required; additional language skills are a plus

Responsibilities
-Order Taking: Greet customers warmly, provide menus, answer questions about menu items, and accurately record food and drink orders.
-Communication: Relay customer orders efficiently to kitchen and bar staff using the appropriate systems or verbal communication.
-Customer Service: Provide menu recommendations, handle special dietary requests, and ensure overall guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
-Quality Assurance: Double-check orders before serving to ensure accuracy, presentation, and completeness.
-Coordination: Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, fellow crew members, and servers to ensure smooth and timely food and beverage delivery.
-Compliance & Hygiene: Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations and internal guidelines.
