Job Description:
-Responsible for managing overall daily Human Resources operations, both on-site and office
-Ensuring targeted output and plans are achieved as set by the management, in line with the Company’s policies under the mentorship of the Head of the Department.

Job requirements:
-Possess a relevant degree, preferably a degree in Human Resources
-Knowledge of recruitment, Industrial relationships, Immigration protocols, Employment Act, etc.
-Good relationship and familiarity with Government bodies such as the Immigration, KDN, Labour Dept., etc.
-Familiar with the recruitment process of bringing in foreign workers (Guest Workers)
-Willing to travel and ability to multi-task
-Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
-Required: minimum of 5 years of working experience HR Assistant Manager.
