What you'll be doing
-Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online advertising platforms.
-Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent brand voice and timely posting.
-Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva Magic Studio, Midjourney, Notion AI, etc.) for campaign ideation, visual design, and performance optimization.
-Coordinate and organize corporate events, product launches, and marketing activations from concept to execution.
-Work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth event operations.
-Design and produce marketing materials (banners, posters, social media visuals, etc.) using AI-assisted and traditional design tools.
-Monitor campaign and event performance; prepare analytical reports with improvement recommendations.
-Stay updated with the latest AI, digital marketing, and event trends to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.

What we're looking for
-Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and event management, preferably in the property or luxury lifestyle industries
-Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
-Excellent event planning and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
-Strong creative and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work
-Proficient in using digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and content management systems
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
