What you'll be doing
-Administering and maintaining the company's HR policies, procedures and records
-Assisting with the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, development and performance management
-Providing HR advisory support to managers and employees on a range of HR-related matters
-Coordinating employee benefits, payroll, and leave management processes
-Maintaining and updating the HR information system
-Generating HR reports and analysing HR data to identify trends and provide recommendations
-Supporting the implementation of HR initiatives and projects

What we're looking for
-Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a consulting or shared services environment
-Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and best practices
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across the organisation
-Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide practical HR solutions
-Proficient in HR information systems and MS Office applications
-Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
