Detailed Job Responsibilities
1. Furniture Production Management & Quality Control
-Supervise the execution of customer orders across all production lines.
-Ensure product quality meets required standards through effective control measures.
-Implement and enforce safety procedures in daily production operations.

2. Furniture Sample Production Coordination
-Manage all aspects of sample production, including scheduling, material preparation, quality checks, tracking of sample materials, and handling related issues.

3. Furniture Customer Quality Assurance Support
-Serve as the main liaison between the Quality Department and the customer’s designated QC representatives.
-Coordinate on-site inspection activities and support the Quality Department in implementing customer-specific quality standards (e.g., Décor).

4. Furniture Engineering & Equipment Maintenance
-Oversee the engineering/mechanical team in carrying out equipment maintenance.
-Ensure all machinery and production equipment remain in good working condition and are well maintained.

5. Dormitory & Employee Welfare Management
-Manage company dormitory operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and orderly living environment for employees.

6. Furniture Regulatory Compliance & Customer Audits
-Support relevant internal departments during government inspections and customer audits.
-Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, as well as health and safety requirements.

7. Furniture Continuous Improvement for Exports Markets
-Lead and facilitate new product review meetings (Post-Mortem) to drive process optimization and product quality improvement.

Qualifications:
-Open to individuals from all backgrounds. No prior experience in furniture production is required, but a willingness to learn and the ability to explore and adapt to a new working environment is essential.
-Must be able to communicate in Chinese (written and spoken) and also communicate with factory and office staff in other local languages.
-Proficient in production planning, quality management, and safety standards.
-Possess excellent communication skills and cross-departmental coordination abilities.
-Have hands-on experience handling customer audits and government inspections.
-Able to work independently and efficiently manage multiple operational tasks.
