DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Lead a team to participate in audit assignments from beginning to end including:
-performing audit field works
-document and compiling audit working papers
-identify issues and present audit findings and recommendations as well as conduct follow up actions and meeting tight deadlines.
-Review audit reports
-Execute solid understanding of accounting and auditing principles (e.g MFRS/IFRS/MPERS/CA 2016 and ISA)
-Supervise Assurance Associate and facilitating a connection for team needs and requirements
-Develop and maintain an excellent communication with peers, superiors and external parties

REQUIREMENTS
-Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or those with a full or partial professional qualification (MICPA, ACCA, ICAEW, ICA, ICAA, CPA(A) or CIMA)
-Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office applications
-Knowledge in ProSystem fx Engagement will be an added advantage
-Strong technical ability, excellent interpersonal skills and leadership qualities
-Team players with strong sense of responsibility
-Willingness to learn and travel
