Job Scope:
-To assist for the stock balance for incoming and outgoing goods.
-To ensure the materials were delivered as scheduled.
-To involve in monthly stock take exercise and prepare monthly stock report.
-To ensure the quality of goods are maintained with proper handling of storage.
-To handle stocks’ quality problem and take necessary corrective action to prevent reoccurrence.
-To assist in receiving of goods and arranging of goods.
-To ensure the stocks record are up-to-date and accurate.
-Recommend and implement the appropriate improvement on purchasing strategy of the Company if necessary.
-Prepare and filling Daily and Monthly Stock Report and documents.
-To assist in export/import containers and prepare relevant documents.
-To arrange customer orders delivery.

Requirements :
-Candidate must possess at least a SPM.
-At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
-Full-Time position(s) available.
-Required software knowledge: Microsoft Office, basic computer knowledge.
-Required language(s): English & Mandarin.
