What you'll be doing
-Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
-Onboard new employees and ensure a seamless integration into the organisation
-Administer HR policies, procedures, and employee records to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
-Liaise with managers to understand their staffing needs and provide HR support
-Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
-Handle employee relations matters, such as resolving conflicts and addressing grievances
-Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives and projects that contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.

What we're looking for
-Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a consultancy or shared services environment
-Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
-A proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach to work
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
