Responsibilities
· Fully manage end-to-end HR operations in Malaysia, including:
o Recruitment & interview coordination
o Monthly payroll processing (data entry, verification, allowances, deductions, government contributions EPF/SOCSO/EIS)
o Annual EA form and HR reporting
o Employee benefits & insurance administration
o Onboarding & offboarding workflow, exit interview
o Review & update company handbook, policies and procedures
o Handle IR/ER matters professionally (warnings, documentation, consultations)
o Coordinate Employment Pass (EP/SP) renewal
· Serve as the main HR contact for Malaysia employees.
· Work closely with Admin team to support office operations.
· Liaise with Singapore HQ HR team for escalations, reporting and HR initiatives.

Requirements
· Diploma / Degree in HR or related field.
· 3–5 years full-spectrum HR experience — able to operate independently.
· Good knowledge of Malaysian labour law, local practise and payroll (system or manual).
· Fluent in English and Mandarin (Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients).
· Independent, organized, mature, and reliable.
· Strong communication skills and ability to handle ER/IR cases.
