[Job Description]
-Handle customer inquiries regarding delivery status, missing items, and refund requests.
-Assist delivery personnel with issues such as locating customers or confirming delivery addresses.
-Respond to restaurant requests to cancel orders due to stock availability.
-Communicate effectively with Japanese customers via phone, email, and chat.
-Operate efficiently within a 24-hour shift environment using IT systems and tools.

[Requirement]
-Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese speaking clients and stakeholders, including use of Keigo in both spoken and written communication.
-Daily conversation level of English proficiency required to communicate with English-speaking customers.
-Strong customer-oriented mindset and understanding of Japanese business manners and professional etiquette.
-Proficient in IT systems and tools including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, fast typing, and keyboard shortcuts.
-Ability to work in a 24-hour rotating shift environment.
-High flexibility and resilience under stress is an added advantage.
-Quick learning ability and strong multitasking and problem-solving skills are an added advantage.
-Proficiency in blind touch typing is an added advantage.
-Experience in hospitality, sales, administration, or other customer service or corporate roles is an added advantage.
