Key Responsibilities
-Act as the primary liaison between customers and the Company to process orders, understand customer requirements and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
-Follow up closely with customers on the delivery of customer-supplied components/materials and coordinate with the Production Department to ensure production plans are aligned.
-Liaise with the Store Department on incoming customer-supplied materials and provide support to ensure smooth daily warehouse operations.
-Record and maintain detailed information on customers’ packing requirements and configurations and coordinate with internal departments to ensure full compliance.
-Obtain and manage Halal certification documents (where applicable) for customer-supplied materials, monitor certificate validity, and follow up on renewals with customers.
-Handle customers’ enquiries, complaints, feedback, and concerns professionally and coordinate with relevant departments to obtain investigation outcomes and resolutions.
-Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through clear, open, and proactive communication.
-Prepare and issue goods delivery documents accurately and on a timely basis.
-Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Experience & Skills
-Minimum Diploma or Degree with at least 2-3 years working experience will be an added advantage.
-Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and respond to different customer needs and personalities.
-Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
