Position requirement:
-Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
-Safety & Health Officer Certificate Registered with DOSH.
-Certificate Safety Professional (CSP) or Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST).
-Registered at Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH).
-At least 2 years of experience in safety and health management, preferably within facilities or property management.
-Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire systems, and vertical building operations.
-Familiarity with local safety regulations, fire codes, and risk management practices.

Job Responsibilities:
-Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies across all facility operations and maintenance activities.
-Conduct regular inspections of building systems (fire protection, HVAC, electrical, elevators, etc.) for compliance and hazard identification.
-Liaise with building management, tenants, vendors, and contractors to ensure safe practices in daily operations and maintenance.
-Ensure proper functioning of emergency systems such as fire alarms, sprinklers, emergency lighting, and evacuation routes.
-Maintain compliance with local building codes, fire safety regulations, and occupational health standards.
-Develop and conduct emergency response drills, evacuation plans, and safety training for staff, security, cleaners, and service contractors.
-Investigate incidents and near-misses within the premises and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
-Supervise high-risk work activities (working at height, confined space, hot work, etc.) and issue appropriate permits-to-work (PTW).
-Monitor use and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across facilities teams and contractors.
-Maintain detailed records of incidents, inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
