Job Scope:
Inside Presales Support,
For Enterprise Networking & Server Solutions
Provide technical presales support to the sales team for enterprise networking and server solutions.

Prepare solution proposals, product quotations, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) based on customer requirements.

Work closely with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate technologies or solution architectures.

Deliver product briefings, demonstrations, and solution overviews to customers and internal teams.

Collaborate with vendors to obtain pricing, technical details, and the latest product updates.

Support tender and proposal submissions, including compliance matrices, technical documentation, and solution write-ups.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of all presales documents while maintaining up-to-date product and industry knowledge.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone calls, or WhatsApp.



Requirements:
Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 1-2 years’ working experience in a related field with strong technical knowledge in enterprise networking & Server Solutions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Independent, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
