What You’ll Be Doing
-Support social media execution using CapCut and Canva.
-Manage online customer communications and assist with order coordination.
-Maintain and update business records using Excel or Google Sheets.
-Coordinate with vendors and provide general administrative support.
-Handle ad-hoc tasks to support the Director and overall business operations.

What We’re Looking For
-Aged: 23–40.
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
-Proficient in CapCut, Canva, Excel/Google Sheets, and ChatGPT.
-Strong written communication skills in English, with basic proficiency in Mandarin.
-Ability to work independently, with strong discipline in a remote or hybrid working environment.
-Well-organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications
-Experience in e-commerce or Instagram-based businesses.
-Prior experience supporting a Director or business owner.
