Job Requirement
-Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Post Graduate or equivalent.
-At least 2-3 years of working experiences in Finance/Accounting,
-Experience in the property development industry is an added advantage.
-Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia—able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-Computer literate, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with accounting software such as SQL , CSS and UBS Accounting Software.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills for coordination across departments.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
-Immediate availability or short notice is preferred.

Job Responsibilities / Job Descriptions
-Manage full sets of accounts, including month-end closing, daily/monthly financial reporting, and overall financial tasks.
-Conduct general accounting duties: data entry, document processing, record-keeping, etc., in a timely manner.
-Prepare cash flow reports, oversee collections, and process outgoing payments.
-Perform monthly bank reconciliations and funding projections.
-Liaise with external parties such as bankers, auditors, tax agents, and the company secretary.
-Carry out any ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors as needed.
