JOB DISCRIPTION:
> Update and follow up on collection of rental and utility payment from all Tenants Monthly
> Prepare tax invoice for rental of premise and email tax invoice to respective tenants
> Key in and monitor all related bank statement into the account software
> Ensure filing of all expenses, reports of rental are at its’ proper place
> Process account payable, process payments or transfer accurately and timely
> Reconcile vendor statements and correct discrepancies
> Other task required by head of department/ management


REQUIREMENT:
> Minimum SPM qualifications, diploma, business administration or any other related field
> Minimum 2 years of experience in retail industry or related field
> Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
> Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
> Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
> Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
> Ability to work independently and as part of a team
> Relevant accounting qualifications or certifications are preferred
