Perform a full range of Quantity Surveyor activities, including tender preparation, estimation, quantities take-off, and claim preparation.

To be fully in charge of BQ, materials computation and contracts preparation.

To prepare project budgets and cost analysis.

Develop and manage tender documents, tender reports, quotation costing, and contract documents.

To ensure timely handling and certification of on-going project claims and payments including VOs.

To ensure smooth communication and coordination with consultants, architects, engineers, builders, contractors and suppliers.

Monitor and ensure that all variation orders are properly recorded and claimed.

Attend site meetings as required by management.

Perform any other related duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.

Preferably Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Required language(s):Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and management.
