To prepare and monitor M&E documentations.

To coordinate with Subcontractors for ensuring technical submittal and shop drawing requirements are fulfilled.

To conduct daily inspection to ensure quality and standard of works and installations are adhered to drawings.

To monitor and supervise M&E work progress on site as per schedule.

To study and review construction drawings and shop drawings.

To liaise with Client, Consultants, Project Teams and Subcontractors.

Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as directed by the supervising manager.



Job Requirement:

Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field

Having at least three years of working experience at relevant field, having experience of working on site under high- rise building and factory project will add an advantage.

Having strong ability of reviewing and analyzing drawings will add another advantage.

Good in interpersonal skill, able to communicate and coordinate effectively with Client, Consultants, Project Teams and Subcontractors.

Hihh detail-oriented and work as team player with good working attitude.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
