1. Educational QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related domain.

2. Experience5+ years in NOC operations, with ≥2 years in a supervisory role

3. Technical Skills

Expert in network/system monitoring, incident response, ITIL-based workflows.

Familiar with tools like Zabbix, SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios; capable of data-driven reporting.

4. Supervisory & Leadership Skills

Plan and lead shifts; supervise NOC engineers; coordinate escalations with clients/tech teams.

Produce shift reports, logs, and performance analytics

5. CertificationsITIL Foundation mandatory; CCNA/CCNP preferred
