- Maintain a full set of accounting records, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
- Support accounts payable and receivable tasks, including including checking invoices, updating the general ledger, and perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow) for management review.
- Provide financial data and insights to assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing of accounts in compliance with local tax regulations.
- Prepare financial statements and support the annual statutory audit process.
- Maintain proper documentation, filing, and verification of all financial transactions.
- Assist in ad hoc administrative and accounting tasks as required by the CFO.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and financial reporting standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 0-1 years of accounting experience; fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Languages: Proficiency in English & Mandarin is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with AutoCount is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail as accounts executive.
- Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
