Identify and engage potential clients, including parents, schools, and institutions, to promote the company’s educational programs.
Generate leads through cold-calling, networking, events, and referrals.
Present and explain company programs, services, and packages to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Follow up on enquiries, proposals, and meetings to ensure high conversion rates.
Address client concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Achieve assigned sales targets, enrolment goals, or revenue KPIs.
Track and report sales activities, leads, and conversion data to management.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Support marketing campaigns, school visits, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of enrolment drives and campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and client interactions.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance and market insights.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in sales, preferably in education, tuition, or training-related sectors.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel frequently for school visits, parent meetings, and events.
Ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.
