1. Academic Leadership & Curriculum Management
Support the Principal in overseeing daily academic operations of the preschool.
Assist in implementing and monitoring curriculum plans to ensure high-quality teaching and learning outcomes.
Observe classes, provide feedback, and support teachers in lesson planning and classroom management.

2. Staff Supervision & Development
Supervise teachers and support staff, ensuring adherence to teaching standards and SOPs.
Assist in onboarding, mentoring, and professional development of teaching staff.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

3. Student & Parent Engagement
Maintain positive relationships with parents, addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
Support student enrolment, retention, and placement processes.
Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for children.

4. Quality Assurance & Compliance
Ensure preschool operations comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular checks and audits to maintain high-quality standards.
Assist in preparing reports on student progress, staff performance, and operational matters.

5. Operational & Event Support
Support the Principal in daily administrative and operational tasks.
Assist in organizing school events, activities, graduations, and parent engagement sessions.
Collaborate with HQ and other departments for training, initiatives, or special projects.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years teaching experience in preschool, kindergarten, or early childhood education (mandatory).
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field.
Leadership skills with ability to supervise and motivate staff.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children, parents, and staff.
Good organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
Ability to work school events and parent meetings.
