What you'll be doing
-Analyze and interpret survey data, including topographic, boundary, and site surveys.
-Work closely with surveyors and engineers to ensure that designs meet project specifications and regulations.
-Create detailed drawings and maps based on survey data using CAD software.
-Prepare and maintain accurate records of survey findings, plans, and project updates.

What we're looking for
-Relevant qualification in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field.
-Min. 1 year of experience in drafting, preferably in the construction industry.
-Proficiency in CAD Software: Familiarity with software like AutoCAD.
-Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, accurate drawings.
-Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
-Technical Knowledge: Understanding of surveying techniques and Land Use Regulations.
-Communication Skills: Effectively convey technical information to team members and clients.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
-Being able to start work on short notice is a plus.
