Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping and data entry.
-Prepare invoices, expense reports, and financial documents.
-Process payments and reconcile bank statements.
-Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
-Weekly and Monthly Sales Analysis
-Handle accounts payable duties.
-Assist with tax filings and audits as required.
-Perform general administrative duties related to the finance department.

Qualifications & Skills:
-Diploma in Accounting or a related field (preferred).
-Previous experience in an accounting role is a plus.
-Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting System).
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
