Job Description:
-Manage full set of accounts, Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
-Maintain proper records of all accounting transactions.
-Assist in preparing for monthly payment to supplier.
-Follow up with customers on outstanding payments.
-Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, and basic financial documents
-Liaise with auditor and tax agent.

What we're looking for
-Minimum 2 years’ accounting experience, preferably in a plumbing/trading related industry.
-Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Finance
-Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia for communication with internal teams and external partners. Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
-Solid understanding of financial reporting and Malaysian tax regulations.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
-Proficiency in accounting software such as MYOB system
