Job Description:
-Main task is to provide sales admin support within the organization and also external parties.
-Prepare and maintain all purchasers’ files and records.
-Attend to correspondences with purchasers, financial institutions, solicitors and other related parties in connection with the documentation.
-Co-ordinate with bankers to follow up bank letter offer and solicitors details and etc.
-Co-ordinate with solicitors for all Sale and Purchase Agreement and also Loan agreement signing and etc.
-Assist in preparation of all sort of sales documentation.
-Undertakes any other tasks and assignments as directed by the superior.

Requirements:
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-Applicants must be willing to work at Johor.
-Preferably 1 year experience in related field.
-Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply.
