🔹 Key Responsibilities:
-Support project planning, roadmap creation, and task scheduling
-Prepare PowerPoint presentations, reports, and project documentation
-Help C-level executives visualise their ideas by turning concepts into clear plans, charts, and presentations
-Coordinate internal discussions with departments (IT, marketing, warehouse, service, accounts)
-Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and project progress
-Assist in identifying issues, risks, and proposing solutions
-Ensure all project timelines and deliverables are met
-Lead project meetings and manage cross-department communication (Leader level)
-Guide and supervise junior staff (Leader level)

🔹 Requirements:
-Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Project Management, or related fields
-Fresh graduates can apply for Project Assistant
-Strong communication and coordination skills
-Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting tools
-Detail-oriented, organised, and able to follow up closely
-Able to multitask and work under pressure
-Good problem-solving skills
-Good communication skills in Mandarin or English to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
-Able to start work immediately will be prioritized
