Responsibilities:

A. Productivity Improvement

Arrange daily production activities according to production schedule and following the working standard.

Managing and inspect the machine operations, including the fine tuning and necessary adjustment to be made during breakdown

B. People Management

Lead, motivate, communicate and organize workers to achieve quality, productivity and cost objectives.

C. Quality Improvement

Ensure products produce within quality standard.

Ensure production changeover to be done accordingly, including product change, size change and coding set-up

D. Cost Optimization

Ensure production lines achieve productivity target with optimum efficiency, reliable quality and minimum wastage.

E. Safety and System Compliance

Implementation of the 5S Housekeeping and safety programs

To be fully proactive & aware of occupational health and safety standards at workplace, ensure full compliance and also safeguarding oneself, colleagues, and the Company from any detrimental incidents.

F. Others

To perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time.



Requirements:

Passed at SPM / MCE / Diploma in any discipline

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in supervisory level in the manufacturing environment is required for this position.

Preferred experience in FMCG industry

Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Able to interact and deal effectively with all levels of management and staff

Possess good leadership skills and able to lead a team of production workers.

Able to work on shift rotation

Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GMP and HACCP will be an added advantage

Computer literacy : Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
