Cezars Kitchen is seeking a qualified Assistant Baker to join our kitchen in International School located at Kuala Lumpur.

In your role, you are the Director of Quality! You must ensure the highest quality of food production that will wow your guests, making them wanting to come back for seconds, thirds and so forth.



Individuals who meet the following expectations will be contacted for an interview:

Possess minimum Certificates/Vocational/Diploma

Minimum of 2 years of working experience in either a) school kitchens, b) hotels or c) restaurants

Passionate about food!

Can bake a wide range of dishes, from breads, pastry, cakes and other desserts.

Positive and inviting attitude

Can work flexible working hours

Enjoy working around children and adults

Self-motivated and can work with the team

Must have valid Typhoid & Food Handlers Certificate

Responsibilities

Work with the head chef to prepare daily meals

Plan menus by consulting with head chef, estimate food costs and profits

General kitchen duties (prep to cleaning)

Own transportation to/from work location

Ability to stand for several hours at a time in a fast pace kitchen

Ability and wiliness to learn new recipes/processes and techniques

Integrity to follow company policies and procedures (SOPs)
