WHAT YOU'LL DO



Strategic Account Management

Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key customers to drive mutual growth.

Align customer plans with Unilever’s business objectives and category strategies.



Commercial Strategy Execution

Implement robust commercial strategies to achieve sales targets and market share objectives.

Ensure effective negotiation and execution of joint business plans, promotions, and pricing strategies.



Sales Performance & Profitability

Deliver sustainable sales growth and profitability across assigned key accounts.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.



Distribution & Availability

Drive optimal product distribution and on-shelf availability to maximize consumer reach.

Collaborate with supply chain and merchandising teams to ensure flawless execution.



Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, finance, and supply chain to deliver integrated solutions.







WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Key Account Management or FMCG sales.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with data analytics tools.

Preferably 3+ years managing premium grocers

Proficiency in Chinese Language is desirable but not essential
