What You'll Be Doing
Lead the design and development of complex architectural projects from concept to completion

Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and cross-functional teams to translate design briefs into practical, functional, and aesthetically pleasing solutions

Oversee project planning, design, and construction phases, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects, supporting their professional growth

Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and sustainability best practices, integrating them into project proposals and designs

Contribute to the practice’s growth by participating in business development activities and exploring new opportunities

What We're Looking For
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or a related field

Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience with a strong track record of delivering high-quality, innovative designs

Experience in industrial projects is an added value and will be considered a strong advantage

Excellent technical proficiency in CAD software, 3D modeling, and project management tools

Strong analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders

Solid understanding of architectural regulations, building codes, and sustainability principles

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate professionally in both languages
