About the role

Join the dynamic team at NONO STUDIO SDN. BHD.' as a full-time SITE SUPERVISOR based in the vibrant Kuala Lumpur City Centre. In this role, you will play a vital supervisory and coordinating function, overseeing the day-to-day operations on our construction sites and ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of our projects.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction crews, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards

Monitor and report on progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Provide leadership and mentoring to site teams, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment

Liaise with project managers, architects and clients to address queries and provide updates

Participate in the planning and scheduling of construction activities

Support the implementation of quality control measures and testing procedures

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a site supervisor or foreperson in the construction industry

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, tools and equipment

Excellent organisational, time management and problem-solving skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical specifications and drawings

Proven track record of delivering projects within budget and to deadline

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders

Familiarity with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
