What you'll be doing

• Planning and Scheduling: Develops the project plan, detailed schedules, and roadmap for the renovation.

• Budget and Cost Control: Prepares the budget, monitors expenses, manages financial aspects, and processes payment authorisations for contractors and suppliers.

• Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Serves as the primary liaison between the client, architects, engineers, general contractors, and other consultants.

• Quality and Risk Management: Ensures quality standards are met, identifies and assesses potential risks, and develops mitigation plans.

• Communication and Reporting: Provides regular progress updates, reports, and documentation to senior management and other stakeholders.

• Issue Resolution: Acts as the central point for resolving conflicts and unforeseen problems that arise during the project.

• Compliance: Ensures all necessary permits, approvals, and regulatory requirements are obtained before and during construction.



What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Renovation Project Manager or in a similar construction project management role

Demonstrated track record of successfully managing residential and commercial renovation projects from start to finish

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, organise and coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset

Proficient in using project management software and tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors and team members

Thorough understanding of building regulations, safety standards and quality control processes

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field
