What you'll be doing

Overseeing and executing HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations

Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations

Organising and coordinating company events, meetings, and other administrative tasks

Providing administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed

Liaising with external service providers, vendors, and government agencies on administrative matters

Continuously improving HR and administrative processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

What we're looking for

At least 1 years of experience in a similar HR and administrative role

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and administrative procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail

Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as in a team
