RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand sheet metal manufacturing process for customer enquiry.

Serves customers by identifying their needs and requirement.

Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport.

Provides technical input and engineering information to customer, by consulting internal technical and engineering team member.

Prepares cost estimates by studying all related customer manufacturing drawing, documents, or specification.

Drafts or assists with the drafting of presentations and other documentation and materials that explain from technical aspect and commercial dealing.

Monitor and to meet customer sales order delivery schedule.

Performs other duties as assigned.



SKILL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

Not less than 1 year experience in related field.

Knowledge of computer will be essential.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Knowledge of production planning will be advantage.


ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or field related to sheet metal manufacturing industry preferred.
