Job Description
We are expanding our wellness e-commerce distributor network and looking for an energetic Distributor Growth Executive to support team development, training, and customer activation.

This role focuses on people development, supporting downlines, and turning satisfied customers into new distributors.

Key Responsibilities
1. Distributor & Trainee Development
Train and guide new trainees using our structured system

Support existing distributors (downlines) with coaching & performance check-ins

Assist team members in appointments, demos, and customer handling

Help build a strong and productive distributor pipeline

2. Recruitment & Team Expansion
Assist in identifying and recruiting new distributors

Conduct onboarding sessions and basic product/business training

Build a positive and motivated team culture

3. Customer Relationship & Activation
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

Activate satisfied customers to become VVIPs or new distributors

Strengthen customer engagement and retention

4. Team Operations Support
Set and track monthly team goals

Coordinate team activities, training sessions, and follow-up schedules

Ensure smooth communication flow within the team

Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in sales, training, or team coordination

Strong communication and people skills

Enjoys coaching, guiding, and developing others

Responsible, self-driven, and organized

Comfortable meeting customers and supporting team appointments

Growth mindset & willing to learn our system

What We Offer
RM4,000 basic salary

Team Bonus Allowance (performance-based)

Team bonus potential: RM100-300/day depending on team performance

Clear career progression to Team Leader / Senior Team Leader
