Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and professional Driver to join our team. The Driver will be tasked with ensuring the safe and efficient transport of passengers to their destinations. The perfect candidate will possess a clean driving record, strong customer service skills, and a comprehensive knowledge of road safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Transportation: Ensure the safe and timely transport of passengers or goods to various locations.

Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the vehicle to keep it in optimal working condition, including checking the oil, fuel, tires, lights, and brakes.

Route Planning: Determine and follow the most efficient routes for on-time arrivals and departures, taking into account traffic and weather conditions.

Documentation: Keep precise records of trips, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or delays encountered.

Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by being polite, professional, and responsive to passengers' needs.

Safety Compliance: Follow all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and company policies to ensure the safety of both passengers and goods.

Loading and Unloading: Help with loading and unloading goods or luggage as necessary.

Communication: Effectively communicate with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers about schedules, delays, and any issues that arise during transport.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Proven experience as a driver; commercial driving experience is a plus.

Licensing: Class D driving license

Driving Record: Clean driving record with no recent traffic violations or accidents.

Skills: Excellent driving skills and knowledge of road safety regulations.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to read maps and use GPS systems.

Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.

Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods, lift and move heavy objects, and perform minor vehicle maintenance tasks.

Working Conditions:

6 working days per week.

Hours: Variable hours, may include weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Environment: Driving in various weather conditions, traffic, and potentially long distances.
