Job Scope Overview:

We are seeking experienced technology professionals to work across Digital Banking, SAP, ETL, DevOps/IAC, QA Automation, and Workflow Applications. The roles require strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and experience in banking or financial services environments.

Candidates will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing systems, ensuring high-quality delivery, and supporting critical business functions.



Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Banking Developer (Frontend/UI – React)

Develop and enhance Digital Banking frontend applications using React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

Integrate UI components with backend APIs and Oracle databases.

Support and maintain WCM platforms such as AEM Forms/Sites, TeamSite.

Collaborate with backend, QA, and DevOps teams for secure and scalable delivery.

Troubleshoot UI issues, optimize performance, and improve user experience.

Contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement activities.

Skills and Requirement:

This position is available at multiple experience levels (Junior and Mid/Senior). Candidates with 3+ years of experience are encouraged to apply and will be considered based on fit

Mandatory: React, JavaScript, CSS, HTML.

Good-to-have: Java, JSP, Spring, XML, SQL, Unix scripting, AEM Forms/Sites, TeamSite, WCM.

Experience working on Oracle backend and HPUX, Linux, Solaris OS.

Good understanding of DevOps and Agile practices.

Experience in banking environment is an advantage.



2. Senior Digital Banking Developer (Backend – Java/Spring Boot)

Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring, Spring Boot.

Build integrations with Oracle databases and Digital Banking platforms.

Support batch processing, APIs, and application middleware.

Optimize application performance and troubleshoot backend issues.

Participate in requirement analysis, design reviews, and code reviews.

Work closely with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments.

Skills and Requirement:

6–9 years of backend development experience.

Mandatory: Java, Spring, Spring Boot, XML, SQL.

Good-to-have: Camel (CXF), Spring Batch, JavaScript, JSP, WebLogic Portal, Unix scripting.

Familiar with HPUX, Linux, Solaris OS environments.

Knowledge of DevOps, Agile methods, and banking systems is preferred.



3. Senior ETL Developer (Informatica / OBIEE)

Develop, enhance, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica.

Create and optimize SQL/PLSQL for data transformation and reporting.

Manage batch scheduling and monitoring using Control-M.

Work with business and data teams to resolve data issues and ensure data quality.

Support financial/regulatory data flows and reporting processes.

Skills and Requirement:

6–9 years of ETL development experience.

Mandatory: Informatica, SQL/PLSQL, Shell scripting.

Nice-to-have: OBIEE, experience in finance & regulatory domain.

Knowledge of Oracle database and Unix/Windows environments.



4. Senior DevOps / Infrastructure as Code Engineer (Terraform / Ansible / Chef)

Build and maintain Terraform workflows, reusable modules, and variables.

Debug and optimize Terraform codes using HCL and JSON.

Manage infrastructure provisioning in CI/CD pipelines including deployments and rollbacks.

Integrate Terraform with Ansible and Chef for configuration management.

Develop Ansible playbooks and Chef cookbooks for automation.

Support environment readiness, stability, and drift management.

Skills and Requirement:

6–9 years experience in DevOps or IAC engineering.

Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, plus exposure to Ansible, Chef.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline automation and infrastructure tools.

Strong debugging and scripting skills.

Experience in financial or enterprise-level environments preferred.



5. Senior OpenText Appworks Developer

Develop and maintain workflow applications using OpenText Appworks.

Implement business process automation using Java and JavaScript.

Work with MS SQL databases for data queries, validations, and integration.

Support system integration with banking platforms and third-party solutions.

Provide production support, issue resolution, and performance tuning.

Document workflows, configurations, and enhancements.

Skills and Requirement:

6–9 years experience in workflow or application development.

Must-have: OpenText Appworks, MS SQL, Java, JavaScript.

Experience working in Windows Server environments.

Nice-to-have: AML or COSMIC domain knowledge.

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.



6. Junior Mainframe/AS400 Developer

Develop, enhance, and maintain applications on Mainframe or AS400 environments

Work with VSAM / Sequential datasets or DB2 for i depending on platform

Participate in SDLC activities including requirements clarification, coding, testing, and deployment

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring stability and quality

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support change requests and deliver enhancements

Automate recurring tasks and support integrations with external systems

Skills and Requirement:

3–5 years of experience in Mainframe or AS400 development (junior candidates with strong fundamentals are also welcome).

Proficiency in:

Mainframe: COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM

AS400: RPG IV/ILE, COBOL, CL, DB2 for i

Experience in application development, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with SDLC, change management tools, and banking or card systems (CardLink / VisionPlus is a plus).

Ability to work with sequential datasets, automate jobs, and support system integrations.

Strong analytical and debugging skills with good communication and teamwork abilities.



7. Junior AS400 / Silverlake Developer

Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on AS400 (IBM iSeries).

Work on Silverlake modules including:

BWC Customer File

Loans & Credit (Retail & Wholesale)

Limits, Collaterals, Provisioning

Support DevOps, system deployments, and automation using ALDON.

Perform job automation, data exports, and integrations with external systems.

Troubleshoot system issues and ensure smooth daily operations.

Collaborate with teams for requirements, testing, and deployment.

Skills and Requirement:

3–5 years of hands-on experience on AS400 (iSeries).

Strong programming skills in RPG / RPG ILE; exposure to COBOL and CL scripting.

Experience with DB2 for i and working with financial/banking systems.

Ability to automate jobs and manage deployments using ALDON.

Experience with system integrations and data export processes.

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Familiarity with SDLC and DevOps practices.

Experience across AIX, Linux, or Windows environments is an advantage.



Experience, Qualifications and Requirements:

3-5 and 6–9 years of relevant experience in software development, SAP, ETL, DevOps, QA, or workflow applications.

Strong proficiency in one or more of the following: Java, React, Spring, ABAP, SQL/PLSQL, Shell scripting, Terraform, Ansible, Chef, OpenText Appworks.

Experience with Unix/Linux/HPUX/Windows/AS400 platforms.

Knowledge of banking or financial services systems and regulatory requirements preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields with strong communication skills and the ability to work across development, infrastructure, and business teams.

Passionate in technologies, receptive and keenness in learning, meticulous, analytical and competent in problem-solving, with good interpersonal communication and presentation skills.

Fluent in English language, including for both written and verbal communications. Possess clear thought process and able to articulate clearly.
