This job is a Social Media Live Host. You'll host live streams on various platforms, engage with viewers, promote products, track performance, and stay updated with trends. Job Responsibilities

Responsible for hosting live stream on all social media platforms, including but not limited to Tiktok, Shopee and Lazada.

Interact with viewers during live broadcasts, attract and maintain the audience's attention, drive traffic and engagement, provide professional advice, answer enquiries and build a strong and loyal online community.

Introduce product selling points, display of product, reviews and consumer experience in an attractive and creative manner during livestream session.

Provide accurate product information, including materials, designs, prices, and benefits, to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.

Proactively encourage online audiences to adopt our product and make online purchases.

Track and report live stream performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Review the data (insights and analytics) after the live stream, and continuously elevate the live stream effect, and develop creative ways to enhance and improve livestreams flow.

Stay updated with the latest trends, challenges and features to incorporate into content creation.

Ensure high-quality production standards, including audio, visuals and overall presentation.

Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our products/services and maintaining a positive brand image.

According to the company's arrangement, participate in the shooting of the company's product videos and daily short videos and share the videos.

Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements

Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends and public holidays based on promotional needs and live broadcast schedules.

Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, optional Mandarin.

Candidates with livestream host experience are preferred, interested in creating fashion and beauty focused content.

Min 1 to 2 years of working experience or with relevant experience in this field are encouraged to apply.
