RESPONSIBILITY:

Monitoring of daily site activities and site safety.

Check on supplier materials received and sub-contractor work done, defect and quality.

Take levels and measurement work.

Prepares site daily reports.

Liaises with nominated subcontractors and subcontractors on subcontract matters.

Ensure that low wastage of material used such as piles, steel bars and concrete.

To undertake other related jobs from time to time as directed by the Project Manager and Site Agent.



REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum SPM/ Diploma/ Certificate in Construction and Civil Engineering or its equivalent.

Must be a CIDB green card holder.

Minimum 2-3 years working experience in similar position or related working experience.

Good team player, Self-motivated, reliable, minimum supervision, good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
