Position Overview:
This role ensures smooth communication between customers, the sales team, and other departments, helping to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
1.⁠ ⁠Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, processing orders, invoices, delivery orders and generating reports.
2.⁠ ⁠⁠Customer Interaction: Act as a point of contact for customers regarding order status, pricing, and general inquiries. Support sales team in maintaining strong customer relationships.
3.⁠ ⁠⁠Data Management: Maintain accurate customer records and track sales activity.
4.⁠ ⁠⁠Order Processing: Coordinate the order process from order receipt to delivery, ensuring timely fulfilment and communication with relevant teams.
5.⁠ ⁠⁠Inventory Management: Monitor product inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure stock availability, and assist in inventory tracking.
6.⁠ ⁠⁠Sales Reports & Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and help track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
7.⁠ ⁠⁠Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with warehouse, inventory, and customer service departments to ensure a seamless sales process. Coordinate with finance for timely invoicing and payment collection.



Qualifications:
1.⁠ ⁠Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in business, administration, logistic or related field (preferred).
2.⁠ ⁠⁠Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or related roles.
Skills:
1.⁠ ⁠Strong organisational and time-management skills.
2.⁠ ⁠⁠Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin) - Mandarin speaking and writing candidates prefered to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
3.⁠ ⁠⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4.⁠ ⁠⁠Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.



Other Requirements

Able to work overtime (Saturday or Public Holiday) when necessary, especially during peak loading days, urgent shipments or export sales

Willing to handle ad-hoc tasks or urgent assisgnments as required to support sales orders

FLexible and dependable when operational needs require additional support
