JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assist in clerical duties & general office administration 公司内部行政工作 & 采购行政物品

Key in transaction into accounting systems 系统进单

To assist on general paper work, documentation and filing 相关文件处理

To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by firm from time to time 上司的其它工作安排

Organize staff event 组织员工活动



REQUIREMENT:

At least SPM qualification 至少拥有SPM文凭

Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin. 精通中，英，巫三语. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Computer literate (Excel, Word, etc. )

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload & manage time effectively 能够同时处理多项任务并确定工作负载优先级并有效管理时间

Can work independently, have sense of responsibility and a good working attitude. 能独立工作，有责任心和良好的工作态度。

Minimum 1 year experience in similar field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 至少 1 年类似领域的经验。
